What happens when I reserve a vehicle?
When you reserve a vehicle, we start to prepare the paperwork for your deal and let the dealership know you’re
interested. We submit your credit application, if you’re leasing or financing, while the dealership reviews your
file and starts to get your car ready for delivery. You’ll arrive at the dealership for your delivery
appointment and your new car will be waiting. All that’s left is for you to check out your new ride, go for a
test drive if you wish and sign the final paperwork.
Are prices negotiable?
While we can’t guarantee any discounts, our customer service team will work hard to get you the best possible
price on your new car. If you’re shopping within a specific budget, let us know and we’ll source a few great
options for you.
Do I have to go to the dealership?
Yes. Except for unique circumstances under which the dealership can offer home delivery, you will be picking
your car up at the dealership.
Am I getting a good deal?
